These terms are a plain-English notice for pixelpond.au. They cover what you can do with the site, what stays protected, and what automated use is not permitted.

Copyright and ownership

© 2026 Pixelpond. All rights reserved. The Pixelpond site, articles, images, interface designs, icons, marks, and tool presentation are protected by copyright and related rights unless a page says otherwise.

Pixelpond™ is used as a studio and product mark in this notice. Other product names, platform names, and third-party marks belong to their respective owners.

Allowed use

You may read the site, link to it, share its public URLs, quote short excerpts with credit, and use Pixelpond Engine through the public browser interface for normal creative work.

Artwork, files, or exports you create with your own inputs in Pixelpond Engine remain yours. The tool running on pixelpond.au does not give permission to copy the tool itself, the site design, or Pixelpond-owned assets.

Not permitted

Full-post reproduction, mirroring the site, bulk scraping, dataset harvesting, automated extraction at high volume, removing notices, cloning tools, copying interface flows, or repackaging Pixelpond pages and assets as another product is not permitted.

Do not use automated systems in a way that burdens the site, bypasses published robots rules, or suggests Pixelpond endorses a product, dataset, service, or account when it does not.

Search and AI crawlers

Public pages may be indexed by normal search engines. API routes and browser-served app bundles are not offered for crawling. AI systems and agents may use short summaries and links, but may not reproduce full posts, mirror the site, bulk scrape content, or clone Pixelpond tools.
